For home use, I would recommend another free tool called TeamViewer Free - compared with LogMeIn Free, TeamViewer offers a bit richer set of features such as the ability to transfer files and desktop sharing. I use it occasionally so 30-hour limit for home use is ok (at least, for me).

But I'm afraid that using these free tools for commercial purposes is out of the question. I need a remote support tool for commercial purposes. The tool must allow branding integration, be the simplest from the point of view of my clients, and at the same time it should be low cost as my business is a one man band. I am looking at a commercial version of TeamViewer, but I’d like to compare it with other tools before making a final decision – although they require a one-time fee, it is quite high. Plus I noticed that there are some hidden costs involved in upgrading to a new TeamViewer version (not so lifetime after all: https://www.teamviewer.com/en/licensing/pricelist.aspx). So far, I have also been evaluating a trial version of Techinline (http://www.techinline.com/) and a trial version of LogMeIn Rescue (https://secure.logmeinrescue.com). They both seem to allow branding integration and easy connection process for the client; however, Techinline seems to be much more affordable – I especially like their pay as you go plan, while it lacks some features which are available in LogMeIn Rescue (but I still doubt whether I need such extrа features for my purposes). Could you recommend me any other remote support tools matching my search criteria?
