I am looking at a commercial version of TeamViewer, but I’d like to compare it with other tools before making a final decision – although they require a one-time fee, it is quite high. So far, I have also been evaluating a trial version of Techinline (http://www.techinline.com/) and a trial version of LogMeIn Rescue (https://secure.logmeinrescue.com). They both seem to allow branding integration and easy connection process for the client; however, Techinline seems to be much more affordable – I especially like their pay as you go plan, while it lacks some features which are available in LogMeIn Rescue (but I still doubt whether I need such extrа features for my purposes). Could you recommend me any other remote support tools matching my search criteria?
